Matt was very responsive and was able to find something that fit into my budget. Day of the performance, Matt texted that he was stuck in traffic and I really appreciated that update even though he was not late at all. I received many compliments on the band and it really was the cherry on top of the event.Jun 13, 2019VerifiedMatt Santry's reply
Thank you, Allexandra! I knew we were still going to be able to start on time, I just wanted to make sure you knew our ETA. We had a lot of fun. I look forward to working with you again!
Matt and his band did a great job at my party. Everyone loved the music and I would highly recommend Matt for future events. He was professional and responsive. He made lining up the music for this event effortless. Thanks, Matt. Hope our paths cross again!Jul 9, 2018Verified
We contracted a 3 piece band with Matt Santry for our Firm's annual party. Several generations were in attendance and all had a great time dancing to the music. We were very satisfied with their performance and professionalism.May 7, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My minimum fee is $500. Typically I can perform solo for up to 3 hours for that price. Because every project is different, I'm happy to provide custom price quotes tiered for up to a 7 piece band. That way you can find the perfect balance for your budget and music entertainment needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically the customer will email me to start the conversation. We'll then schedule a quick call to go over specifics. From there, I will issue a contract and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Any questions and follow up calls are welcomed once the date is confirmed. The balance is due on the day of the performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have "Street MBA" as I call it. In other words, I learned by doing. My education is real-world experience performing well over 2,000 shows in 20 years.
