My husband and I hired Neil to handle a very complicated dishwasher re-install. We had a new dishwasher delivered in which the delivery company also did the install. The delivery-install company came out 2x and could not handle the job. They suggested I hire someone else to complete the job which they would reimburse me for. Ugh! In walks Neil the next day! This job had numerous time consuming corrections to make and Neil did everything flawlessly. We are very happy to finally have this job done right and we will certainly be contacting Neil in the future when other repairs arise. I can confidently say that when you hire Neil you're getting high quality work for a fair price. You can't go wrong!!!

Neal did a great job with a few projects in my home. He replaced an old trash disposal and a faucet. He also spruced up the trim on the exterior of the front door as some of the wood was rotting and a lot of it was peeling. He is very methodical and does great work at a reasonable price.

Neal showed up on time with all tools and materials needed. He scoped out the tasks and got to work. He purchased from Home Depot additional supplies for new tasks and provided receipts and time for each days work. He vacuumed dusty jobs continuously and removed all trash. He was efficient at all various tasks we Assigned to him. His services were well worth the money and we would use him again.

Neal was hired by one of my real estate clients in the West Chester area to make some repairs both inside and out including what turned out to be extensive repair to the rear deck which was followed by powerwashing and restaining. He also painted a third floor loft, unclogged a slow drain and repaired the front walk. On top of all of this he made an emergency stop to assess a power loss that turned out to be an exterior PECO problem. Neal's attention to detail, personal, and professional integrity is second to none.
