What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer package pricing, along with mini-services, creating an array of affordable services to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin every service (even my mini services) with a qualifying call to make sure we are a good fit. From there, we schedule an in-home consultation where I go over my services and offerings in-depth after a home tour. Every service begins with a mood board. Full-service and e-design continue with custom floor plans and space planning, then we move into the concept development phase.
