Del Val offers several competitive pricing packages depending on your needs with our most popular starting at 6 percent of rent collected and a month to month agreement were you can cancel at any time with out penalty. For larger portfolios we offer discounted pricing. Let us provide you with a FREE 1 hour consultation to review your portfolio and make recommendations with a plan of action.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my clients face to face if possible, provide them with a rental survey, recommendations and plan of action on how to obtain the highest rent possible and attract a qualified tenant in the shortest period of time.
