There is no word that can express my gratitude for what Seamus has done for me! Without doing any physical work, and without me paying Seamus a dime he saved me multiple tens of thousands of dollars. I have a stucco house on the market for sale, and I had the house tested for moisture, which came out clean, before I put the house on market. Later a potential buyer brought his own stucco test contractor, who "uncovered" many high moisture areas and issued a new report with scary warning signs. I was frantically calling stucco remediation contractors for proposals to fix the house. Seamus is one of them, and he immediately sensed something fishy in the new report, and instead of selling me his service, he gave valuable suggestions to contact my original tester. Turned out Seamus has been right all along! Seamus, your integrity and honesty is something without match. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Seamus and his team were excellent. They plastered multiple walls in the house which is around 150 years old. They took care of everything ensuring that the surrounding areas were protected and the results are superb.

After reviewing the work to be done, he made it seem like no job was as complicated as I thought it would be. The workmanship was great, the walls and tiles replaced look amazing. The guys were very clean, cleaning areas as they finished them. I am very glad I chose Seamus and his crew to do this work.

If you need stucco work done, Seamus is the person to do it. My 200+ year old house needed some work and with his talent, we were able to get exactly what we wanted. And I had him put a coating on the inside of my greenhouse. I am so happy with his work and I highly recommend!

We were under a deadline for having the job finished for our outdoor family event. Seamus worked to get it done amid rainy days. He is easy to communicate with and did excellent work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies from job to job.
It all depends on what needs done and what issues are already in place with the existing exterior.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to meet the new customer at his/her work site and walk them threw the issue that needs to be addressed and make sure they are understandable about the work and process that need to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Traines in Ireland for 3 years and earned my NVQ level 2 and 3 the highest cert for plastering that was available.
