I watched your team from a distance, they were professional, polite, and thanked me for my military service as I was wearing my Navy ball cap. Sine I am 77 and have been told in no uncertain terms to stay off ladders I asked one of the team member if he could change a light bulb at the top of the stairwell, he said sure and got right on it. Many blessings to this team And to Roof Duck for putting faith in people.

Overall the process went very smoothly. We received an estimate quickly and Mike was very friendly towards my wife and kids who were home. We had to replace all the underlying OSB, however, the change order was all communicated even though there was fine print in the original contract which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Brubaker Roofing(now Roof Duck) for both their great price, communication, and smooth process.
