- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want super cheap look for the next guy. My work speaks for itself. I will bid accordingly to labor cost and material cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a date and time for estimate. Send over an estimate, than if it is all approved, we find a time on the calendar that will work for everyone. When working with a new customer depending on the customer. We like to get to know them, build a relationship with them. There likes and dislikes. So we can preform the job to the best of our abilities to comfort the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a union painter before hand, they train you for commercial work, I also did wall paper hanging in the union. than I worked for private painter companies that only did residential work.
