The job was to build a fence aroud pool equipment to hide it from view. Joe was prompt and completed the job as promised Sit was left clean and orderly. Would use again for other (non-fence) projects.

Joe responded to my request for someone to replace rotting porch columns. He gave me an immediate quote based on photos I emailed. Joe was prompt, accessible, professional and polite. He kept his word about pricing and came in under budget. The columns look great and he didn't leave a mess! Joe's a gem and I'd hire him again!

Joe worked very hard on our flooring, which was not an easy task. 3+ coats of paint on wood floors from earlier than 1920s was very difficult.... they needed to be plained and sanded and he was very good at that. he also helped to make sure that he did all he was able to to help us towards being satisfied, even if it was more work than he originally thought. He also cleaned up after himself at the end.

I would highly recommend Joe for any carpentry work. He built us a beautiful deck under difficult circumstances. His vision of the project was impressive. He was very patient with us as customers. He is reasonably priced.

I had a 2 car garage that I wanted to convert into living space but I knew it was going to be way out of my price range. I reached out to a few contractors and as I expected the cost was outrageous. THEN I talked to Joe Larkin and he not only gave me the mancave I was looking for, but saved me about $10,000!!!! His work was amazing and his communication was on point from start to finish!!!
