- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my prices are firm, no changes or adjustments unless weeks in advance notices threw email or phone contact. Or unless a promotion was given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Sit down consultation at my studio, if I’m traveling to your home it’s an Extra Charge, ask a few Questions to get to know about you and your event, we will discuss pricing and location and the deposit will be put down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Esthetician and a Licensed Nail Tech, I have been professional for almost five years, but been doing makeup applications long before. I did my training and internship at DOUGLAS EDUCATION CENTER in Monessen Pa, located right outside of Pittsburgh PA.
