Jared was responsive, professional, and invaluable. I noticed shifting in my exterior brickwork and was given pricey quotes from waterproofing companies who stated structural shifting was the issue, and it would worsen if not corrected. Jared took his time, answered every question, and listed reasons why the issue was exterior maintenance and masonry and not structural foundation/sinking issues.
