We had roof and gutters replaced. Work ended up being a month late and our gutter is missing a section and one downspout, and we have leaks in several spots in the gutters. We're waiting for them to complete gutter work and fix the leaks when the weather warms up. It took a week and three separate crews before the work actually began. The first two crews left after lunch without notice and we had to call and alert Meredith. The first two crews didn't even take proper safety precautions and left debris everywhere. The third crew was great. They were courteous, prompt, and had proper tools to work on our 2-1/2 story house. They finished the job in about 4 days. After all the issues and delays, they then asked for a check before work was completed, against what is stated on the contract. We decided to make a partial payment, but less than what they wanted. It proved to be smart as we waited another couple of weeks before the gutter work began. They were late and irresponsive in providing a painter quote/reference. So I had found a professional. When they realize that, they tried to persuade me to hire their guy, wanting to paint after gutter installation, and had no intentions of priming the soffits/fascia. When I pressed on priming, Carl (project manager) impatiently told me to go get it and then he'll have them prime. After that, he then said they would install gutters as they paint. This was when I lost complete trust and told him I will hire hire my painter. He then proceeded to call and attempted to trick my mother (who was helping us while I was at work) to allow his guy to do the job. Fortunately, she didn't fall for it since we had already spoken. So after my painter completed his work, I waited almost another week before they sent someone to install the gutters. They were professional and promot, but didnt know what they had to do. And ultimately missed a section and we had one less downspout than before. We withheld some money from our second payment in hopes they will keep their words and return to finish the job and fix the leaks. I chose to hire them for their high ratings and being a family business. So I was disappointed in our experience and the results.

I requested bids from 35 contractors and Meredith was by far the most professional and honest. I will call them first for all of my future roofing needs.

Had a signed contract to get part of my roof replaced. Got the run around for almost 2 months trying to schedule only to be told they can't find my signed contract and then haven't returned any of my calls because I have a copy of it. Awful customer service. Needless to say I went elsewhere and got my roof replaced within a week without issue.

We pride ourselves in having fair market pricing for all of our services. We may not be the cheapest in the area, but we are definitely not the most expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make initial contact, we will set up a Free Estimate. The Estimator will come out, inspect your project, and get you pricing together. That pricing is good for 6 months. No Obligation at all. No High Pressure sales tactics.

All of our Crews are trained with on the job training and In office training by or respective manufacturers.
