Rob was quick to respond to my initial request for information and accommodated busy schedules to come by for an estimate. Rob was right on time and wasted no time sending me a written estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, Rob made sure to get my house on the schedule as soon as possible. A+++ This was my very first home improvement project ever so needless to say I had ALOT of questions!! Rob was very responsive from start to finish! I must of asked a million questions and he answered them all and gave great recommendations. Came and did an estimate within 2 days and told me he could start in 2 weeks!! Then, to my surprise I got a call from him saying he could start even sooner! They ripped out the old carpets, put the luxury vinyl plank down and even carpeted the steps a little extra than I even asked for which was great! And they finished in only 2 days, a little over 700 sq ft, absolutely gorgeous!! I could go on and on, but all I'll say is... hire him!!
