Introduction: Our schools have been in the Pittsburgh location for over 30 years. I personally have been training for 20 years and have my 5th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and my 3rd degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Swords).
At my school the student isn't just a number, it's about teaching everyone at their own pace, using methods that work best for each individual.
That I can do something everyday that I have a passion for and pass that passion along to others! Teaching them something that is practical and enjoyable!

My son Johnny attendes Tang Soo Do Karate College, in Robinson Twp. He is taught by Master Cipriani, whom in my opinion is totally amazing!
This school not only teaches Tang Soo Do Karate but it teaches the children self-discipline, confidence, coordination, and helps the children develope a positive attitude. These skills that are taught here are also enforced here as well.
I really enjoy the fact that some children join in the adult classes. (Under the close supervision of Master Cipriani) The higher degree belts are more than happy to help and teach the younger students. Many of the higher degree belts love to demonstrate their own techniques.
John has been taking classes for about 1 1/2 yrs and has already improved in attitude and confidence. John is much stronger physically as well as mentally.
I would reccomend this school to anyone! It is a wonderful place and the children have fun!!!!

Master Rachael is a wonderful instructor. She has total control of her class with a energetic, respectful, and caring attitude. She knows every student by name from their 1st day. My daughter has not only some great karate moves but dicipline which carries over to her every day events and school work. Couldn't be happier with what she has learned with Master Rachael at Tang Soo Do Karate. Highly recommended.
