Couldn’t be more happier. Excellent work! Wanted my unused coat closet near by the garage entry way turned to a functioning mudroom. Wow!! Brian turned my vision into a reality. Brian exceeded my expectation. Mr. Wildasin worked 12 hours one day to finish the project on time. His craftsmanship is exceptional. I have had several contractors in my old home as I remodel and Brian is the first one that was really committed to making the best of some old house quirks.

We had some power washing done and a piece of pvc replaced that had broken off outside. We had a few other items quoted, and the prices were high compared to quotes from more specialized contractors so we passed on those things. However, Brian was responsive, professional, showed up on time, and did what he said for the price he quoted.

Had work done at 2 different properties. One was a new tile kitchen floor & plumbing repairs. Other one was new wood flooring in living room & dining room, new wiring, lighting & wood ceiling. Trim in both rooms was painted. Great attention to detail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing for many small tasks and usually place bids on larger projects as well. Some unique projects may require an hourly rate, services not included in the original bid are added as an hourly rate, and if you find you would like us to knock out multiple tasks while we are at your home we can charge an hourly rate for our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get a feel for our customer's expectations and come up with a solution that meets their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Construction Engineering Technology at The University of Southern Mississippi while also working as a superintendent for a large construction company.
