Very satisfied with their service and work. They were patient and understanding. Offered a variety of solutions for my issue. I decided to replace a furnace that was still functional, but very close to needing a bunch of work. It was from 2006. They were very knowledgeable about indoor air quality, which is very important to me. They also had the products that fit my needs. They were very communicative about installation dates and times. Their work was crisp and professional looking. They were efficient and cleaned up the work area nicely.Cannot recommend them highly enough.

JRB called ahead and we're on time. They were professional, courteous and did a good job. My furnace installation by JRB 2 years ago was a 1st class job and I will continue to have them perform the maintenance. This is a great company to work with.
