William was beyond excellent. He responded quickly, came out for a quote, and did our full chimney and roof repair within less than a week. Our roof had a gap that let in water and our chimmey crown was starting to deteriorate badly. He had everything fixed up in record time, double layered the gap so it'd be extra leak resistant, and even painted the repair spot unprompted to make it match. I deeply appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail, this is exactly what we were looking for. Top notch work, super happy with the result. Highly recommended!
