The repair man showed up five minutes early, told me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. When it became apparent to him that repairs were going to cost more, he suggested we buy a new dishwasher and only charged us for an initial service call not all the hours. He had put in trying to repair it. He installed the new dishwasher and no time at all He is very professional.
