I am completely thrilled with Tim at Carpet Care Solutions. He was very professional and friendly. His products work on the carpet. I was amazed at how the stains were cleaned up. I also like the fact his system uses less water than other Carpet Cleaning Companies as there is less dry time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning service. This company will be my go to company for carpets from now on!

I called, spoke with the owner. He came immediately, that day- did a spectacular job, with a challenging situation. It looked almost new, considering what it used to be. It was carpet fairies came and cleaned! There was no sign he was there...just a clean carpet! Fantastic work!!

Tim is excellent to work with. He was accommodating in working with my schedule. My carpets are heavily soiled from a recent rescue dog and the carpets look excellent. He is thorough, diligent, and left carpets in great shape. He is also very affordable, Tim was less expensive than other companies I had interviewed and I was comfortable having him in my home. Will recommend to friends.

Tim arrived at the scheduled time, completed all tasks, requested of him. He scrubbed wall to wall carpets upstairs and area rugs downstairs and they all looked great. He also made a recommendation for a spot treatment for pet owners and it works great. His pricing is very reasonable and I would hire him again.
