- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes based on size of the job( is it a bid job or troubleshooting call) Senior citizen and military discount ( 10%) Lifetime warranties on labor ( materials excluded)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to get a feel for the project requested. We would request a time we can access the project and also give a handout so we can build credibility on the service offered. Next we would offer a qoute based on our assessment. If the assessment is agreeable we would both sign so each party is comfortable and start the project. Finally we will perform a walk through about the project and answer any questions the customer might have.
