Introduction: I have been in the wedding industry for over 10 years. I Initially started my career in bridal and then went on to work in the catering industry. Following my catering career I found my calling in planning. I started working as an intern and then went on to become a coordinator and a part time planner. I decided to start freelancing in 2019 and took a leap of faith opening my own business. My background gives me a unique perspective on each event I plan, and although only planning full time for 3 years, I have a fun fresh take on events and an eye for design. Based in Mechanicsburg, PA, I work with clients with budgets as low as $2,000 all the way up to $30,000. We do everything from day of/ month of coordination, hourly consults, and of course full planning and design packages. First, I want to say Becky and Lorraine are amazing at what they do… they have the ability to think quick on their feet, and Becky always has a plan from A to Z. These two literally saved our day! It rained on the day of our wedding and we had to move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside. The space was so small but the two of them managed to make it feel like that was the initial plan all along. We had so many compliments on our day and my MOH (sister) said our wedding was like a well oiled machine, nothing skipped a beat and we were always on time. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Thank you again, I would recommend them to anyone planning an event or wedding… they are the best!

We hired Becky and Lorraine for a baby shower full planning and they did an amazing job. This was not a job that I wanted to take on as a new mom, and I didn’t want to put this pressure on my family as I had a very specific vision. When I say they delivered… they delivered. Everything was above and beyond and they really made my vision come to life. I never thought I would need a party planner, but I have already booked them for 2 more events this year. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages in place, but all packages can be customized to the clients specific needs. Wedding packages start at $750 and Event Packages start at $550. Again prices vary based on type of event and event size. We also have virtual planning services which start at $60/ hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You get a 1 hour free virtual or in person consultation... Yep FREE! Before the consultation, I have my clients fill out a quick survey about their day/ event. Based on the information you provide to me, we put together a mood board and local venues and vendors that could best fit your day and budget. All the information we provide at the consultation will leave with you, so at the end of the day if we aren't a great fit for you, you still have a great jumping off point. :) For all day of/ month of coordination, same process, we will have you fill out a survey before your consultation, and then at your consultation we will provide you with a mock-up "day of" timeline and a vendor contact sheet for you take with you after our meeting.
