Our frequency based structure allows us to implement a structured plan of action. In a (complimentary) consultation we dedicate 45 + minutes with an individual to discuss their health/medical history, fitness/exercise experiences, lifestyle demands and responsibilities and their specific needs & goals. We prioritize and define the essential components of fitness and nutrition in terms of that individual's needs and outline the most appropriate training frequency program and coach our clients on what they need/can do on their own outside of their time with a trainer to comprise their entire fitness week.
Over 40+ combined years of experience. Nationally accredited certifications (ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM) and 4 year science degrees.
