FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Throughout my early education and into high school, I took every art class under the sun. I began painting and drawing at a very young age, and thought I would continue on to study studio art in college. However, during my senior year of high school, I took a photography class that changed my life. My teacher inspired me, and recognized in me a talent and passion for the art form. I never looked back. I applied to colleges that had a reputable photography program and have been working in the medium ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am most often hired to do environmental portraiture and weddings. If the client requests a studio shoot, I construct a studio environment in my home using natural Northern floor-to-ceiling window light.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Whatever photographer you end up choosing, you should feel like he or she is going to take care of your wants & needs for the experience or event you are about to have, and that they are willing to explore your vision with you.
