GenServPro was able to send a tech out at 9:30PM since no one would be home until after seven pm. When Joe arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable. We were glad that the hot water heater could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was able to repair it on the spot! He was done and gone by 11:30PM.
