- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum service fee of $125, which covers the initial visit and evaluation. From there, we provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins so there are no surprises. If you decide to move forward with the work, these fee is credited to the work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an onsite visit to understand the issue or project in detail. After evaluating the situation, we provide a written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient, sometimes on the spot and complete it with professionalism and care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed a 4-year Apprenticeship program along with OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications. This training ensures we deliver quality work while maintaining the highest safety standards.
