GenServPro was able to send a tech out at 9:30PM since no one would be home until after seven pm. When Joe arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable. We were glad that the hot waterheater could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was able to repair it on the spot! He was done and gone by 11:30PM. I want to make sure I post about a very grateful experience I had with Garcia. I hired him to fix a small slow leak and another bath issue in my house. He actually was able to come earlier than what was scheduled that I truly appreciated that he reached out. Once he started working, numerous other leaks occurred. I had rotten pipes and a nightmare ahead of me. He eased my mind, and was very dedicated to fixing the issues. He took his time and was very patient because I could tell it was a frustrating job that he had invested in. He worked long hours, just to make sure this would be completed and not to leave me without a bathroom. He is extremely professional, dedicated and a hard worker that I just want everybody to know that he is worth hiring. I have a very old house and my pipes are at least 100 years old, so this was not some easy task at hand. Garcia did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using him for other plumbing issues. I definitely felt like he cared about getting the work done correctly. I’ve had other issues with other contractors in the past that just want to be in and out and have left my house damaged. Garcia did a fantastic job. he kept me informed about all the things that needed to be done to fix the issue. I am very pleased, and want everybody to know he is worth hiring.

We have a minimum service fee of $125, which covers the initial visit and evaluation. From there, we provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins so there are no surprises. If you decide to move forward with the work, these fee is credited to the work performed.

We start with an onsite visit to understand the issue or project in detail. After evaluating the situation, we provide a written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient, sometimes on the spot and complete it with professionalism and care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed a 4-year Apprenticeship program along with OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications. This training ensures we deliver quality work while maintaining the highest safety standards.
