Ruveen was amazing. She sat down with me every month to discuss our financial reports. She answered all my questions and made sure my nerves were put to ease. I highly recommend Ruveen! You will not be disappointed.May 16, 2020Review from GoogleRuby's Business Solutions LLC - Bookkeeping's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is very reasonable and flexible. As your Bookkeeper, I am an Asset than an expense to your business. You will be amazed at how much you can get from my low prices!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process is to get to know YOU (client) and YOUR Business! I will ask you how you like to do things and how you want things done. From there, I will then ask you to invite me into your software so I can review and give you a detailed outline of what needs to be done to get you making more money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I acquired my Associates of Arts in Accounting from University of Phoenix in 2008. Life called me into another field, which I later realized just was not for me. So in June 2014 I started doing bookkeeping for multiple clients. In January 2020, I went ahead and completed my Certification in Bookkeeping through Bookkeeper Business Launch.
