- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very Simple, 40.00 hr. If excessive travel is involved that would be discussed at the time we met. My first visit is an in-depth discussion and a meet and greet -you the client and your dog. Training starts immediately, all with positive reinforcement that the owner can also learn and use very easily.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially will have an in-depth telephone conversation with the potential client. All aspects of the problems will be discussed. If the problem can be solved over the phone such as house breaking a pup. There is no charge, but I will always be available to speak with or text at any time regardless if I have been hired or not. In fact I encourage it! However if it is agreed the potential client would like me to stop out. The training process would start immediately at that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned I am a certified AKC Performance Judge whereby I have to be approved to Judge every 4 years by the AKC since 2009. I have Judged over a 1,000 Dogs within the performance group.
