- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for a home inspection is based on the size and age of the home. We provide discounted package pricing on additional services when ordered with the home inspection such as radon gas testing, termite certification, and sewer line inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information on the call to schedule the inspection including what services they are looking for, what concerns they have with them home, and anything special they would like to make sure we look at and discuss with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are licensed/compliant in the areas we work in and certified for each inspection and test we perform. Our inspectors are all members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Our team also has regular inspector meetings and group texts so they can share weird/strange things they find and how to call them out.
