FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the specific needs of each project, including the scope of work, labor, materials, and time required to complete the job properly. I provide clear estimates upfront so customers understand what they are paying for before work begins. Every project is different, so I take the time to look at the job and give a fair and competitive price based on the work involved. My goal is to provide quality workmanship and dependable service rather than simply being the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by listening to their needs and understanding exactly what work they are looking to have done. We schedule an appointment to inspect the job, provide a clear and professional estimate, and explain the work and pricing upfront. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally, keep the customer updated throughout the process, and make sure everything is cleaned up and completed to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and professional training in home improvement, restoration, painting, and construction. I have completed OSHA 30 training, hold a mold certification, and have professional painting certification. My experience in the field has given me the practical knowledge and skills needed to provide quality workmanship while following proper safety procedures and industry standards.
