Introduction: Tye Glover, an experienced innovation consultant, author, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker, specializes in the processes involved in human idea generation. With over 30 years of professional consulting experience, working with numerous Fortune 100 companies, and achieving multiple award-winning innovations, he has gained valuable insights into the natural processes that drive idea generation. Tye's accomplishments challenge conventional wisdom due to his early negative experiences with schooling. In fifth grade, he was wrongly informed that he had a below-average IQ score. This knowledge unconsciously created seemingly insurmountable challenges with self-doubt throughout his career as advanced up the corporate ladder, traveled the world as a consultant, and struggled with imposter syndrome. It wasn't until he discovered his gift of observation and curiosity, which he calls his "Instinctive Advantage", that he began to recognize that everyone has a natural inclination to do something well and that only by identifying it can you embrace, lean into and own it. It was with this awareness that Tye also learned of the work of Dr. Howard Gardner, a retired Harvard University professor and author of over 13 books on Multiple Intelligences. By combining Gardner's theories, Tye became a truly innovative and thought-provoking professional, developing a program and methodology he calls "Neuro Creative Programming (NCP)," through which he teaches students groups, entrepreneurs, and business leaders how to think outside the box and identify potentially game-changing ideas. His program represents a fresh paradigm of adaptation, empowerment, and directed ideation. Tye's consulting and coaching philosophy, based on NCP, revolves around understanding how we perceive the world through our five basic senses and gather the ingredients for our ideas. He emphasizes consciously redefining our experiences to absorb more effective memories, which serve as the building blocks for our ideas. This concept, often referred to as "connecting the dots" by visionaries like Steve Jobs, is central to Tye's approach. In his empowerment training, Tye guides participants to recognize the finite amount of energy available to us each day for thought. He teaches techniques to eliminate non-value-adding distractions, enabling us to focus our limited thought energy on actions that truly add value to our lives and align with our desired goals.

Tye has been great with engaging with me on almost everything. My wife and I attended his event and found that Tye was very knowledgeable about many things that had been on my mind but I was unable to fully grasp. Tye and his program helped me to put some meaning to these concepts and provided concrete examples that I could use in my own world to help me navigate life's trickiest situations. Tye has shown over the past year to be very thorough and professional with his quality of work. Tye Glover and the Creative Juices program has helped me to dig deeper into my own consciousness for solutions and use my creative abilities to make meaningful and positive change in my journey.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a speaker, I work with clients to understand the type of experience and takeaways they would like their members to receive from my visit and I create the key points to align with the client's interest. With the Creative Juices training program I again work to first understand the client's particular goals and objectives for my sessions and I break each part of the presentation down into small chunks of information to allow the audience an opportunity to process the information and training, on their own time and according to their background.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 30 years of experience in consulting, working globally across various cultures, time zones, and languages. My expertise lies in effectively communicating new and often challenging lessons related to business processes and innovative approaches to improve their situations. I am a perpetual entrepreneur and product developer with over 35 years of experience developing products/concepts for the market that align and support the many difficult events of my life. In terms of education, I hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Masters in International Business Administration from Temple University. I obtained these degrees through studies in Paris, France, Philadelphia, PA, and Tokyo, Japan. For the past five years, I have been practicing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have integrated various aspects of the empowerment methodology into my program, which I now refer to as Neuro Creative Programming.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Business and how things work have always caught my attention. With this interest, I recognized that by engaging in observation and consciously focusing my attention on the processes that were playing out, I realized that everything operates according to a process governed by a set of common rules. This understanding extends to the realm of idea generation, where these rules equally apply. Steve Jobs famously stated, "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever." This approach, which has been instrumental in Jobs' own life, emphasizes the importance of retaining the operations being performed within our experiences because they constitute the raw materials (dots) for all other ideas. Neuro Creative Programming introduces individuals to this process, allowing them to discover a new way of thinking. I am so confident in the effectiveness of my program that I offer a 100% guarantee. If participants do not gain, at the very least, a solid understanding of how this methodology enables them to think differently, they will walk away with a full refund.
