I am goal-oriented, energetic and bring enthusiasm by helping my clients to achieve their fitness goals, for the pass 16 years. Fitness is not just something I teach my clients, but something I embrace and live by. I am accomplish in helping clients at all fitness levels get into the best shape of their lives. I strongly believe health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness. Whether your looking to become more toned, train for an particular event, or learn how to create your own workout routine, I will be there every step of the way. My goal is to not only assist you in achieving the results that you desire, but to also teach you the why and how of your routine. The goal of having a personal trainer should not only be to have a great workout, but to also learn how to make and continue your own routines to improve your personal fitness level. The one thing that I've learned is that anyone can accomplish anything that they put their minds to. My philosophy is to set goals for my clients, both long and short term, and through different techniques that will involve strength training, circuit routines, cardio, and core work, together we will achieve these goals. Each program I design is an individualized comprehensive program designed to progressively improve your strength, flexibility, cardio stamina, and overall fitness. Training no matter what your situation or goals are, together we will accomplish them. My goal is to make it a fun and enjoyable process as we work toward creating the healthiest you. Fitness is A Way Of Life. It doesn't rule our life but compliments it by providing us with healthy bodies and minds so that we can enjoy life to the fullest.
I do not bring equipment to the client's residence. Basic Equipment such as dumbbells, medicine ball, kettlebell is all a client needs to obtain the fitness goals. Another option is trying at Planet Fitness or The Edge. When training with me, client trains under my membership.
