Compass and Jim did a great job on my project from start to finish! Jim was upfront, and extremely professional without sales tactics and giving upfront transparent pricing without the horrible sales tactics I have been through with this process. The crews were amazing with quality and cleanliness. They installed 16 windows and one patio door in one single long day! They worked until 4:00 after getting there right on time at 8:30 and let me know they would be able to finish in about two hours, but they didn't want to be a burden. I said absolutely work late if you want to! The project was easy to purchase, and everything went beyond expectations. I highly recommend!

Recently I worked with the Compass window team to replace 8 windows. They are a very knowledgeable team and took their time to go other things with me. Never felt any pressure during the estimate process which is important to me. After installation their lead tech came to my house to inspect the windows and listened to any concerns I have. When I am ready to replace more windows I will absolutely reach out to the Compass window team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
High quality at extremely competitive pricing is what we value. We are not looking to get rich, but give our customers a great buying experience while saving them money on quality products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a no pressure, no obligation company. Once we meet for measurements, we will show all styles, colors and options along with working samples of the windows on site. Our customers will receive a bottom line price either on site or within 24 hours of the initial visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing window replacements our entire life. We know what matters, and that is the end result from caulk and capping, a good energy efficient window, to a clean jobsite during and clean up afterwards.
