I like that he did it for me, he’s not quality, he is messy and half do the work, but want top dollar. He didn’t clean after his self. He didn’t deserve the amount he got, like he did a lot of work and he didn’t. He over charged me and didn’t clean as he work, he got the white cement everywhere.

We needed a root-damaged driveway and adjacent sidewalk replaced over a very short timeline in order to keep our home-buying process moving forward and Kao and the Kahoalii Koncrete team got it done. The first couple days were slowed due to extensive root removal, but once Danny came on scene, the progress quickly accelerated. A drainage component of the job wasn't finished, our house siding was splattered and stained as a result of the work, and piles of concrete debris was left behind for us to dispose of, but we are very grateful to Kao and his team for getting the bulk of the work done in such a short period of time! Thanks Kahoalii Koncrete!

My prices vary from job to job. I do offer discounts as well.

I have 14 years experience in the construction field as well as 10 years in the pest control field.

I have worked with a lot of different customers that have different personalities. All in all no matter what type of customer they are I like to update my customers on a regular basis to let them know about their project as well as if we need to make any changes I will talk to the customer before any changes are made.
