Personal Training
He will motivate you to accomplish your goals whether it is loosing weight, strength, or fitness runs. He is flexible with your schedule. He is willing to make you better. I had never trained with a personal trainer. It is well worth it.

Personal Training
Jeremy is awesome. He listened to how I like to train and designed the workouts to my speed where I would not be bored. Plus he is knowledgeable in working the difference muscle groups so less injury and better recovery time.

Personal Training
Jeremy is really an awesome trainer. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I've worked with trainers in the past who have always left more to be desired. After working with Jeremy, I now know what I've been missing in my prior training experiences. I highly recommend him.

Personal Training
Jeremy is awesome! I was an athlete in high school and college so I have dealt with other trainers before. He really knows what he is doing. He motivates you and makes it fun and interesting. He has different exercises which target the same muscles so you are never bored. He also keeps track of everything so you know exactly how you are progressing. I recommend him to everyone I hear talking about getting in shape. He is also very flexible with scheduling. I will definitely continue going to him for the long haul.

Personal Training
Only been at it a couple weeks so far, but has definitely been great. He always has different options to work out the same muscles if a particular exercise does not feel right or comfortable which I like.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Thumbtack only allows you to put a per session rate in but I charge for a month... hear me out. I charge for 2 sessions or 4 sessions per week. Some months have more weeks than other months. So charging by the month keeps it simple. These sessions are "use them or lose them", and before you think this sounds bad, consider this approach has had a tremendously positive impact on attendance, and those who have been on this program are largely (with few exceptions) more successful than those who buy "packages" or "sessions"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The typical process is: 1. Get a quote 2. Come in for a free initial meet up, so we can gather health history, talk about goals, and talk about our personal training approach 3. Set up first session
