Introduction: I give you the support, tools and know how to be successful. I've been fortunate to be a part of many success stories from weight losses of over 100lbs, to mom/dad bod transformations to a shredded physique. If you work with me you'll find I'm highly competent, and genuine. I offer both in-studio and online options, complete with nutritional coaching. -A Little More I'm a father of 3 boys, and a former Marine so health and physical longevity are my top priorities. I take a collaborative approach utilizing 10 plus years of experience. I do hold the industry's top credentials (google NSCA CSCS) as well as hold a Master's in Exercise Science and have trained a wide variety of people from weight loss, to treating conditions such as joint replacements, diabetes, heart disease to training athletes and first responders. My sessions are conducted in my fully equipped private studio located in the front of my residence. -How it Works -I will send you a medical intake form before you come in -At our intake session we will talk about your goals, I'll explain my approach and if it's a good fit we will then schedule our first session

He will motivate you to accomplish your goals whether it is loosing weight, strength, or fitness runs. He is flexible with your schedule. He is willing to make you better. I had never trained with a personal trainer. It is well worth it.

Jeremy is really an awesome trainer. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I've worked with trainers in the past who have always left more to be desired. After working with Jeremy, I now know what I've been missing in my prior training experiences. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy is awesome. He listened to how I like to train and designed the workouts to my speed where I would not be bored. Plus he is knowledgeable in working the difference muscle groups so less injury and better recovery time.

Only been at it a couple weeks so far, but has definitely been great. He always has different options to work out the same muscles if a particular exercise does not feel right or comfortable which I like.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Thumbtack only allows you to put a per session rate in but I charge for a month... hear me out. I charge for 2 sessions or 4 sessions per week. Some months have more weeks than other months. So charging by the month keeps it simple. These sessions are "use them or lose them", and before you think this sounds bad, consider this approach has had a tremendously positive impact on attendance, and those who have been on this program are largely (with few exceptions) more successful than those who buy "packages" or "sessions"

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is: 1. Get a quote 2. Come in for a free initial meet up, so we can gather health history, talk about goals, and talk about our personal training approach 3. Set up first session

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-Master's degree in exercise science and health promotion -numerous continuing education courses -Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA- The world authority on strength and conditioning -Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM -Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition -Certified Personal Trainer through the ISSA -Certified Speed Specialist through NASE -Certified College Instructor of Personal Training through WITS
