About
Your success is going to depend on you finding the right match in terms of personality, competence, approach and setting (if not virtual). If you're looking for a highly qualified coach/trainer in a private setting or virtual read on.
1. Setting: Private setting-For the last 10 years I have been offering private personal training out of my in-home studio. My studio has a big bay window in the front (good natural light), is fully equipped, floors are matted (good to reduce joint stress). Some people are not comfortable training at a commercial gym where it feels like everyone is watching. If that's you, this would be your ideal setting or try my virtual option.
2. Competence- In the exercise world there is no law that sets a minimum standard of education nor competence for someone to call themselves a trainer nor to offer personal/fitness training services. So, this is not to toot my own horn but simply to illustrate my competence. In the interest of being direct I would say I am one of the most qualified trainers/coaches in the area. I hold a master's degree in exercise science, as well as the industry's top certifications (google NSCA CSCS). I also teach personal training at various community colleges to aspiring personal trainers and have been published by the Reader's Digest, Medfit Network, Exercise.com, and MyFitnesspal to name a few. I've had many experiences such as having been a head trainer at a commercial gym, an exercise physiologist at a long-term care facility, an exercise science instructor, among others. The point I'm trying to make is, you will be in good hands.
3. Personality and Approach: I take a collaborative approach. While I am a former US Marine, yelling and acting crazy typically does not help those in the civilian population lol. I will push you when you need pushed but I have the experience to know when to back off. Your exercise and nutrition programs are designed specifically for you. If you have joint pain, chronic conditions or past injuries your trainer/coach should be able to write a program that gets you results and keeps you safe.

Only been at it a couple weeks so far, but has definitely been great. He always has different options to work out the same muscles if a particular exercise does not feel right or comfortable which I like.

Jeremy is awesome. He listened to how I like to train and designed the workouts to my speed where I would not be bored. Plus he is knowledgeable in working the difference muscle groups so less injury and better recovery time.

Jeremy is awesome! I was an athlete in high school and college so I have dealt with other trainers before. He really knows what he is doing. He motivates you and makes it fun and interesting. He has different exercises which target the same muscles so you are never bored. He also keeps track of everything so you know exactly how you are progressing. I recommend him to everyone I hear talking about getting in shape. He is also very flexible with scheduling. I will definitely continue going to him for the long haul.

He will motivate you to accomplish your goals whether it is loosing weight, strength, or fitness runs. He is flexible with your schedule. He is willing to make you better. I had never trained with a personal trainer. It is well worth it.

Jeremy is really an awesome trainer. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I've worked with trainers in the past who have always left more to be desired. After working with Jeremy, I now know what I've been missing in my prior training experiences. I highly recommend him.
