- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is streamlined, consistent, and simple to understand. All combined services(I.E. Pressure Washing + Window Cleaning) are discounted per additional service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are given the option for onsite or remote estimates. This allows the customers who are simply shopping a price for the future to receive a hassle free quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh(Owner and Operator) brings a 20 year background in Residential Service and Property Improvement. From demolition to final finish, BlackLeaf Service will be your preferred service provider.
