- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I board animals and do drop in visits. I offer a discount first time customers their first request and I offer discounts for stays 14 days or longer. If you have more than one animal I also offer discounts. Regular prices are $30 a day or $35 for puppies Holiday stay is $40 for adult or puppies
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dog parents will usually tell me about their babies. I need to know if their good with children and then how many days they need. If it's over 14 days I lower the daily rate. If your a new client I offer $20 off any stay that totals 2 days or longer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised around dogs my whole life. My mother used to breed dobbies and rotties when I was little and it came easy, later on she rehomed instead. The love my mother had for them like her own rubbed off on my sister and I. However we also had to clean up after every single one. We helped prepare before birth as well. We had birds also that always needed cleaning. Time has taught us little tricks to make cleaning and taking care of pets easier and today we can use it by helping our clients.
