Went the extra mile, pointed out problem I was not aware of and proceeded to fix it - no extra charge. Don't find that much these days. And, the work they did was done very very very good. I'm a very happy camper.

Equity Roofing installed a new roof and seamless gutters on my house and the same year did the same work on my nieces house. The Equity Roofing team and Gutter team were unbelievable! They treated our properties as if they were their own. The professionalism, cleanup, and work ethic was top notch. I would highly recommend them for any project. Jessie Boehm and his team did an Outstanding job replacing our roof and 8 skylights it was an expansive project and they worked seemingly tirelessly for two long days (and evenings!). Jessie and the men were highly attentive to detail, even pointing out scratches on new skylights and working immediately to replace them and ensuring the new replacements sand all remaining skylights were not damaged prior to installing. The roof looks amazing! All who worked on our project were respectful, hardworking and took pride in their work. I put in a 5 star since they remedied the issue as best as possible, would have actually given 4.5 if an option because i believe that going forward it would be advisable to bring the old skylights down from existing roof with the same care that they bring up the new ones. Unfortunately they were dropped onto drop clothes below and shattered into countless pieces of tiny glass creating a dangerous situation and environment for my dog and any bare feet. It is important to mention here that Jessie worked very hard to clean up allGlass BEFORE my dog got home, and did an extraordinary job to prevent any issues, which I have no doubt was no easy thing to do. Prior to letting my dog out into our yard I scoured the property to search for any remaining glass piece, and did find a few handfuls of pieces over all, but Nothing in comparison to what had been there prior to Jesses attention. I would give an overall rating of 4.5/5 were that an option. Highly recommend Jessie and this team as long as they have learned form this and will treat skylights and other glass with equal care going up as when coming out.

From the contacting them about coming out to look at our home, to them putting on our roof. They were absolutely amazing. Ivy in the office was wonderful and when I had contacted her and she helped me with setting up for the sales man to come out and give us a quote. Corey the Salesman was wonderful with going up and looking at our roof and giving us a price. Stephanie in scheduling was wonderful with getting the replacement roof scheduled when we were ready. Jesse Boehm and his team were amazing. Jesse had contacted us letting us know that him and his team were on their way. Once getting to our house they covered everything they needed to cover and got right to work. Jonathon and his crew were also amazing, upon arriving they covered everything from the porch, to our plants, to our sidewalks, and our trash cans. They made sure they cleaned everything well. Jesse and a couple of men had helped us bring a hutch down from our attic. Jesse, Jonathon, and his crew were absolutely out standing.

Our install team was on time, courteous and resprectful to us and our property. Job supervisor Jessie, worked well with his team and kept us informed of progress. Photos were a bonus. Upon delivery of the materials, a discovery of the missing roof vent. Jessie presented options, answered my questions and helped me make a comfortable decession. The problem was quickly resolved. Our yard was nicely cleaned after completion. Our roof looks great. Although the price was a bit higher than other bids, I was glad I chose ER. They inspected and made sure our 51 year old roof boards were in good condition, repaired the hole probably left by the company that moved an exhaust pipe when adding on our house addition. They also corrected incomplete and poor workmanship left by the last roofing company. I am confident our beautiful new roof project will preform and last as promised.
