- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is based on the results you will receive. I price by the job not by the hour. The prices are always fair. If you do not feel like I have priced you fairly, let's talk and come to an agreement!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial walk-through on the day of the clean usually. figure out what is most important to the client and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my GED. no college. training received was all of my own experiences.
