I can create custom workouts for all my clienteles' needs. I strive to help my customers attain their workout goals and to reach the level of fitness they are aiming to accomplish. I am an ISSA certified personal trainer since 2013, as well as an ASFA Certified Kettlebell Trainer.
I enjoy what I do because I like to help people. I want them to better their lives and to reach optimal health. My goal is to have everyone lead happier and healthier lives.

I've been using Bill for a few months now. He has been great! He pushes me to go further than I want to or would do on my own. He's been great working around an injury I currently have and some health issues. He seems to be able to change up his plan for the day on the fly if needed. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer.

Bill is an amazing personal trainer. He always came to each session with a clear plan but was always ready to change things up if needed. I always felt comfortable working with him. I also saw immediate changes in my body and stamina after just a few sessions. He’s extremely professional and I look forward to working together in the future.

I was looking for a trainer to help me get back in shape after a long break, a few surgeries and a 100lb weight gain. Older, rusty, and self conscious I knew I needed a trainer to help me get the wheels back on the bus.
I had worked with trainer in the past and Bill is perfect for me. He is encouraging but works at my pace and around my issues. Any trainer can walk you through a circuit but Bill customized a program to me. He listens to feedback and is open to suggestions.
The road back to ‘in shape’ is going to be long and I am glad I chose Bill to help me on my journey.

Absolutely grateful to know this man, Best trainer I've ever had hands down, he motivates me to the fullest. I couldn't be happier. I have never seen results like this. Before ever. To conclude this review, knowing this individual is a blessing in disquse. I would recommend him to any person I know. If you want to get in shape and get things done this is the guy.
