Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. Absolutely! I attend Wedding Pro seminars on marketing and trends. I contstantly try out new technology, most recently instant social upload programs. I purchased two of these programs, and I think the add to the business immeasurbly.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. I needed laughter and fun in my life. I certainly have it in abundance with Flash Shack!
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. When is a photobooth NOT a great idea? Weddings are the types of events that we do the most, but we are definitely not limited to weddings! We have been featured at 100th birthday parties, graduations, proms, Sweet 16s, Fundraisers and Block Parties. Add an extra dimension of fun to your event with Flash Shack Photobooth!
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. First and foremost, I would say make sure that the person you hire is well versed in the service. There are many providers who are offering a photobooth as an add-on to their main service. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, the photobooth is not their main focus. At Flash Shack, we are constantly improving our photobooth, whether it is updating our software, staying abreast of current wedding trends or adding new technology such as instant social upload. We welcome feedback to help us improve. Finally, I would recommend that you find a provider who is a good fit for you personality wise.
Q. What questions should customers think through before talking to
professionals about their project?
A. How PASSIONATE I am! I love what I do! I am a prop fanatic! The contrast between this work and my prior position as a Crisis Intervention Counselor is without measure.
