I had a fantastic experience with Melvin from Good Hands Roofing.
He truly tried his best to fit my time and arrived exactly at 8 am this morning as promised.
After accessing the attic, he was very honest in telling me the issue was caused by moisture, not the roof itself—which saved me from unnecessary repairs.
He went above and beyond by climbing onto the roof anyway to double-check everything for me.
He didn't charge me for his time and expertise.
He was very kind, friendly, and even recommended another person to help me with the wall fix procedure.
Melvin’s honesty and dedication are incredibly impressive. I highly recommend him and this company!

The entire process from initial contact through to the end of the installation was the best experience hands down of all the possible roofing companies. I interviewed three companies with similar background to replace the roofs on my house and garage, as well as doing some support work in my attic. Plus, extra work on the dormer that was having issues and leaking into my bathroom.The other two companies wouldnt even look at my attic. Good Hands did, and Melvin was very kind and compassionate about the situation, educating me along the way.I gave the business to Good Hands based on that initial meeting along with the recommendation from my aunt and uncle across town who had a new roof installed by Good Hands a few weeks before mine.These men were very serious about doing a great job. They worked into the dark to get it done, and even worked in blustery winds and a squall. It was very cold for at least one day. I felt bad for them. They were determined. My house is at a very difficult location and it is very tall. Not a great place to be in high winds.They took great care with my 125 year old house, which had to have the old double layer of shingles torn off, tedious and delicate work. They were all extremely professional, and treated my property with respect the entire time.I recommend Good Hands Roofing without hesitation to anyone and everyone. They also have a good payment plan that has very reasonable interest, so they can help a lot more people.(I havent taken any pictures yet, but I will on a day without grey skies.)

Good Hands roofing was very good. Their work was excellent and when I had an issue with a downspout they got me a new one and only charged for the gutter pieces that they missed when they replaced the rest of the gutter so there was no labor charge to fix that downspout. They replaced the gutters on a very big stone barn. They are very fair with their pricing. It did take them a bit of time to get me scheduled in but maybe because everyone is calling them for their roofing needs. Thank you Good Hands Roofing!

The entire process was seamless and everyone was extremely helpful answering all of the questions we had about financing and the various roofing options. The crew completed the roof in 1 day to beat the rain and we are very thankful to have chosen Good Hands for our metal roof. Highly recommend!
