I’ve used Zach on several occasions and have never had any regrets for it. He’s not about just getting the job done and getting paid but gives recommendations and insight that has made my jobs both more cost effective and efficient.
I have had him out on jobs ranging from $250k to $1k and the level of care and quality for each has been virtually the same. In short you can’t go wrong with Zach and I will be using him again.

We had just bought a home and wanted the washer and dryer moved out of the (dingy) basement and up to the first floor. Zach did a great job, and I appreciated his input on how to lay out the space. Bless this man for braving the crawl space on this job! He was quick, efficient, and cleaned his space up afterwards. We had him come back for a leak in our upstairs shower and had the same experience. Would recommend.
