I hold a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a minor in science and the NSCA -CPT certification and have been training for sixteen years.
When I was 17 I messed up my L3 and L4 which caused me to become 245 pounds. Eighteen months of Physical Therapy brought my back to functional state but that is where the real work began. I spent two years going from 245-180lb and then two more years going from a skinny 180lb - 210lb where I am today. I know what it is like to be overweight and depressed, and also what it feels like to be skinny and want to be more muscular. That four year journey taught me how to be compassionate to overweight people, injured people, and underweight people. The journey made me obsessed with helping others!

I tailor each and every personal training and nutrition program to the individual not to the masses. My goal is to take each client and make them the best that they can be based on their uniqueness.
To be the best version of yourself, you must consistently adapt and progress, because if you are not going forward, you are going backwards.
Watching the clients self confidence grow and see them enjoying life more. There is nothing more gratifying to me then watching someone who is overweight or underweight and lacks self-motivation become fit, healthy, and driven to continue their personal growth.
I believe that health, wealth, success, happiness, and relationships are the components of life that contribute to being well rounded. Many of those can be found in the gym with a solid workout regimen and nutrition.
