Introduction: We are NAVSEA certified through WTTI in Welding mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, monel and titanium. I also have over 30 years of steel fabrication experience. I have a great deal of carpentry and home improvement experience, including landscaping and exterior improvements such as fences, railings and decks. We typically help design and custom build everything we do. Something different all of the time.

It has been a privilege to know Ray, the owner of RGS Welding & Fabrication, these past 14 years. Yes, before he even started RGS Welding & Fabrication. Over those years he has worked on several jobs for me. All of which were done in a very timely manner with NO deviation from quality what so ever! Over these years i have come to use his welds as a basis for comparison as to what good welds should look like. I have seen him weld on carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, and titanium. Let me tell you, i always thought his TIG welds looked beautiful to begin with but seeing his TIG welds on titanium took it to a new level. The man knows what he is doing, has a great business sense, is down to earth, and an all around good guy! He is without a doubt my go to welder/fabricator. Thank you Ray for all the help over the years!

We at CCM Custom Machine and Mfg. only work with the best. When we need something welded or fabricated we don't shop around. There is only one company we call, that's RGS! We can't speak highly enough of them. The quality and value of there work is second to none!

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Northampton County Community College for welding. I started working in structural steel in 1985 and have worked in the steel and custom fabrication industry for over 30 years. I have typically worked part time in carpentry...including Roofing, Painting, Drywall, Landscaping and some minor electrical.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed designing, creating or building things. I've been working with wood my whole live and I've been working as welder / fabricator for over 30 years. Initially I started the business more as a hobby. After the encouragement of some customers and others I thought it would be worth a try.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with local businesses, but we also work allot with private citizens who need something welded, repaired or fabricated.
