FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are billed at 75$ A service call includes me traveling to the site of the project/issue, walking the project/issue down with the customer and providing a quote for completion of the project or repair of the issue. If the customer decides to move forward with the project/repair of the issue, I will waive the 75$ service call fee. Jobs will be billed at a minimum of 2 hours of labor. I proudly offer a 10% discount on labor costs to all my fellow veterans and active duty service members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with new customers is to travel to the job site to meet the customer and view the job. Once at the site I like to walk through the project with the customer so we can both fully understand the wants of the customer and the needs of the project. Once we have a plan to tackle the project I move forward and insure the project is professionally complete at the customers convenience.
