FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are billed at 50$ to come look at the job and talk about it with the customer. If we move forward with the project, I will waive that fee. This must be done to account for lost time and expense when the job does not continue forward. I proudly offer a 10% discount on labor costs to all my fellow veterans and active duty service members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with new customers is to travel to the job site to view the job. Once at the site I like to walk through the project with the customer so we can both understand the wants and needs of the customer. Once we have a plan to complete the work we then can come to an agreement on pricing and payment. Once we have an agreement in place we can plan a time to get the work professionally complete at the customers convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a five year electrical apprenticeship and am a certified Journeyman Electrician. I have worked in many different sectors of the electrical trade amassing a wealth of knowledge and experience, completing different jobs.
