I have been having the same issue for 3 years now every winter with needing the same part replaced and no one until today told me why or that it’s going to keep happening without getting the bigger issue fixed!! Thankful someone finally took the time to explain and fix things without charging an arm & a leg. Also, only took a day to be able to come out and that was due to my schedule. So nice that there are honest people still out there and don’t just ignore the bigger issue so they get more money every year replacing the same part that would continue to go bad!

Zach was great! My AC stopped working a few days ago during a heat wave. I reached out to Zach on Saturday morning and he was here on Sunday morning to take a look and fix it. My prices for repairs vary. My service fee is 85$ plus labor per hour . Most of my calls, I will be able to tell the customer the issue within 20 minutes. When it comes to service, I take pride in being honest and straight forward. Any installations are based on the situation .All of my estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat everyone as I would like to be treated. I first gain information about the job at hand . All my estimates are what the job will cost . No hidden fees .

2 Years of Pittsburgh Technical Institute HVAC-R degree. Field experience of 8 years as a lead installer and field service tech. NATE certified, EPA certified ICE certified
