Zach was great! My AC stopped working a few days ago during a heat wave. I reached out to Zach on Saturday morning and he was here on Sunday morning to take a look and fix it. My prices for repairs vary. My service fee is 85$ plus labor per hour . Most of my calls, I will be able to tell the customer the issue within 20 minutes. When it comes to service, I take pride in being honest and straight forward. Any installations are based on the situation .All of my estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat everyone as I would like to be treated. I first gain information about the job at hand . All my estimates are what the job will cost . No hidden fees .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 Years of Pittsburgh Technical Institute HVAC-R degree. Field experience of 8 years as a lead installer and field service tech. NATE certified, EPA certified ICE certified
