I just had New Look Exteriors Pro do a gutter repair project after our last big freeze. They were communicative, responsive, and were able to come do the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Their work comes with warranty and all that jazz.
It was a no fuss process and they completed the job timely, professionally, and for a reasonable rate.

I had New Look Exteriors replace my existing gutters and fascia. Jason was quick to come out and look at the job and provide me with an estimate. Once I chose to go forward with New Look they were able to schedule me in within 2-3 weeks. Overall, they provided great work, the seamless gutters look and work great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with bottom dollar pricing Incorporated into our calculator. We offer bulk discounts for customers that are doing multiple projects at once, as well as cash discounts and Veteran discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation we gather all of the details of your project's goals, take plenty of notes, measurements and pictures, and drone inspections when applicable. We also thoroughly explain the products and how they're installed. Then we accurately price out the options we discussed. Once we come to an agreement to complete the work, we can finalize contract specifics remotely via email or in person. Then the owner and project manager Jake comes out to do a final walk through with the customers before any materials are ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being Owens Corning Preferred Contractors, we are always training and retraining ourselves on the latest industry standards.
