Doug is a great communicator! He was able to get us in as soon as he could because we were on a time crunch. His price was reasonable and explained things thoroughly. He communicated with us throughout the process of refinishing our hardwood and it was very helpful. We love our refinished floors!

I don't necessarily like communicating a lot thru texting back and forth. But I will say that Doug made this very effective. He was quick to respond and kept me updated throughout our process. His install team was very good and the job was well done. Found some issues the following day. Contacted Doug and everything was fully corrected in less than 48 hours.
