What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, materials, and the amount of work involved. We focus on doing things the right way, especially the prep and base work, so everything lasts. We’re not the cheapest option, but we make sure the job is done properly from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I meet with the customer, go over what they’re looking to do, and check out the space. Then I put together an estimate and explain everything clearly. Once we agree, we schedule the job and keep communication open the whole way through.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from years of hands-on work in landscaping and masonry. I’ve worked on everything from small jobs to full patio and outdoor projects, so I’ve learned what works and what lasts.
