Chef Joshua catered my 30th birthday and everything prepared was amazing! I threw the most bizarre taco bout 30 dressed in animal onsies dinner party, but Chef Joshua remained professional and wasn’t phased by anything going on around him at all. I would definitely hire in the future and recommend you hire him as well!

Josh was awesome. We hired Josh to do a summer poolside BBQ for a few families. He did a fantastic job. Communication was great before, day of and after the event. Menu was fun and interesting and perfectly seasonal. Josh showed up early and left our kitchen cleaner then when he arrived. Our guests all raved about various parts of the dinner. He was a delight to work with and we look forward to using his services again. 10 out of 10.
