Josh is an outstanding Chef! His vibrant and effervescent takes on dishes are absolutely awe inspiring. We were also very impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail. From garnish to plating Josh truly brought a five star dining experience to our own dinner table. Josh is such a joy to work with and always puts his best foot forward. Chef Joshua catered our Christmas dinner this year and it was wonderful. From appetizers to desert, it was delicious and worth the cost. We are definitely making this an annual tradition.

Chef Joshua made a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner which included brussel sprouts. I've boycotted brussel sprouts since I was a kid but after trying Chef Joshua's brussel sprouts, I will eat them only if he makes them!
